Open textbook and open educational resource (OER) policy and legislation is gaining ground globally. In an effort to inform the OER community, legislators, and educators, we are collecting data from people knowledgeable about legislation and policy regarding open textbooks and OER in all parts of the world. Please note that definitions of what constitutes an open textbook vary among institutions.
